Privacy Policy

Life Maxxing Server is a private personal automation used only by its owner. This policy explains how the integration handles information received through Google Calendar.

Information accessed

The integration may access calendar and event information needed for synchronization, including event identifiers, titles, descriptions, locations, start and end times, status, and invitation or response information.

How information is used

Information is used only to synchronize upcoming events, create or update events at the owner's request, and prepare private reminders and personal briefings. Calendar summaries may be sent to the owner's own Telegram chat as part of those requested functions.

Storage and sharing

Relevant event information is processed by self-hosted automation and may be stored in a PostgreSQL database on the owner's private server. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with other users. Cloudflare hosts only this public information site and does not receive Calendar data from the integration.

Retention and deletion

Stored information is retained only while needed for the personal automation and may be updated or deleted by the owner at any time.

Security and access

Access to the automation is restricted to the owner. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the self-hosted server, database, and connected credentials.

Google API data

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The owner can revoke the integration's Google access at any time from the security and third-party access settings of their Google Account.
